You Can Build a House!
Your team can build a home for a needy family in Haiti!. You don't need special skills, just willing hands and hearts. You can build a home during any of our missionary outreaches. Your special contribution for the house is covering everything you need for the team to build a house 16 x 20 feet, including a concrete slab, electrical wiring, interior sheetrock, exterior siding, three windows and a door.
Who Should Apply?
ANYONE who wants to help provide healthy housing for the homeless. We need experienced contractors and builders to lead teams. If you have any skills like carpentry, painting, and small building projects, you are welcome too! And then people who have never held a hammer or cut a piece of wood, you come too! You would be surprised how fast you can learn. But relationship is just as important as the building of the house, so maybe you could simply visit the family receiving the house. Let them see the love of Jesus simply by spending time with them. EVERYONE should come!
